Announcement of Contemplated Bond Issuance

Gulf Keystone has mandated Arctic Securities and DNB Carnegie as joint bookrunners and SB1 Markets as co-manager to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing today.

A new USD denominated senior unsecured bond may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will fund near term capex, position the Company for a return to development of the Shaikan Field and be used for general corporate purposes.
