Completion of merger of Gjensidige and its wholly owned subsidiary Gjensidige Business Services AB

Reference is made to the announcement on 25 February 2026 regarding the approval of a merger between Gjensidige Forsikring ASA ("Gjensidige") and its wholly owned Swedish subsidiary Gjensidige Business Services AB. The creditor notice periods in Norway and Sweden have expired and all applicable regulatory approvals have been obtained. The merger was completed as of 1 July 2026.
