Entra ASA: Renewal of lease agreement at Media City Bergen

Entra OPF Utvikling AS has renewed its lease agreement with Schibsted Media AS for approximately 3,200 sqm at Media City Bergen, located at Lars Hilles gate 30, Bergen.

The renewed lease has a duration of approximately seven years and will commence in Q3 2027.

The Media City Bergen property is owned by Entra OPF Utvikling AS, a jointly owned company of Entra ASA and Oslo Pensjonsforsikring AS. Entra is responsible for the management of the building.
