Entra ASA: New lease agreement at Helsfyr, Oslo

Entra ASA has entered into a new lease agreement with the Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi) for almost 3,700 sqm of office space at Grensesvingen 7 at Helsfyr, Oslo. The lease commences in Q4 2027 for a term of more than ten years.

Grensesvingen 7 is a centrally located office property at Helsfyr, a seven-minute metro ride from Oslo Central Station.
