Entra ASA: Contemplating issuance of senior unsecured NOK-denominated green bonds

Entra ASA (Moody's: Baa3/positive) has mandated DNB Carnegie, Handelsbanken and SEB as Joint Lead Managers to explore the possibility of issuing new senior unsecured NOK-denominated green bonds. Subject to market conditions, one or more floating- and/or fixed-rate bond issues with a tenor of 6-7 years may follow.

In connection with the potential transaction, Entra ASA may also consider buy-backs in the following outstanding bonds: ENTRA64 ESG (ISIN: NO0011094625) and ENTRA65 ESG (ISIN: NO0011094633), both maturing on 10 September 2026.
