Cyviz AS - Share capital increase registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cyviz AS ("Cyviz" or the "Company") on 9 June 2026 regarding the resolution by the Company's board of directors to issue 16 062 new shares in the Company and increase the Company's share capital by NOK 17,668.20, to facilitate the delivery of new shares to the option holders having exercised their options under the Cyviz employee share purchase program and share option program 3, respectively.
The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 14,328,735.30 divided into 13 026 123 shares each with a nominal value of NOK 1.10.
