Secondary placement of existing shares in Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.: Update on settlement timeline

Oslo, May 12th, 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on May 8th, 2026 regarding a successfully completed secondary placement of existing shares (in the form of depository receipts, referred to as the “Sale Shares”) in Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.

The Sale Shares are now expected to be tradeable on or about May 13th, 2026. Settlement will take place on a delivery versus payment basis, and is expected to be on May 15th, 2026. Tradability of the Sale Shares will be confirmed through a separate stock exchange announcement.
