Constellation Oil Services Successfully Prices USD 650 Million Senior Secured Bond

Luxembourg, 22 July 2026 – Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A. (“Constellation” or the “Company”, OSE: COSH) has today successfully priced a USD 650 million senior secured bond due 2033 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds will carry a fixed coupon of 7.700% p.a., payable semi-annually. The net proceeds from the bond issue, together with cash on hand, will be used to discharge and satisfy in full the Company’s outstanding USD 650 million 9.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2029, and to pay fees and expenses in connection with the transaction.

Settlement of the Bonds is expected on or about August 3, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. An application will be made for the Bonds to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited – SGX-ST.
