Major Shareholding Disclosure

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (the "Company") on 18 March 2026 regarding the successful completion of the Acquisition (as defined therein), including the board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital (the "Share Capital Increase") by issuance of 17,980,314 new shares in the Company (the "Consideration Shares") to be used as part settlement of the consideration payable by the Company to Sampi Renewables Holding AS. Snefonn AS holds 16,203,725 shares in the Company, which prior to registration of the Share Capital Increase represents 5.09% of the issued shares and votes. The Share Capital Increase will result in an increase of the total issued shares and votes in the Company. Following registration of the Share Capital Increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the 16,203,725 shares held by Snefonn AS will represent 4.82% of the issued shares and votes in the Company, thus passively falling below the 5% threshold pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. Snefonn AS has no rights to further shares or votes in the Company. Snefonn AS is controlled by Morten Sigval Bergesen.
