CLOUDBERRY CLEAN ENERGY ASA - Disclosure of shareholdings

Sampi Renewables Holding AS has today subscribed for 17,980,314 shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (the “Company”). The shares constitute part of the consideration in a transaction involving the sale of all shares in Sampi Renewables AS from Sampi Renewables Holding AS to Cloudberry Production II AS, with reference to the stock exchange announcement of the Company published 13 March 2026, 08:00 CET. Following this transaction, Sampi Renewables Holding AS holds 17,980,314 shares in the Company, constituting approximately 5.35% of the Company’s shares and votes.

Sampi Renewables Holding AS is indirectly, through HV Invest Sampi AS, controlled by HitecVision VII, L.P., an investment vehicle managed by HitecVision.
