Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA | Minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting
Oslo, 4 August 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 25 June 2026 regarding Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (the "Company" or "Cloudberry") entering into a share purchase agreement with Orrön Energy Holding AB and the required approval by an extraordinary general meeting of the Company in order to issue the consideration shares.
Cloudberry has today held its Extraordinary General Meeting. As follows from the attached minutes, all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved, including the resolutions required in connection with the transaction.
