Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA – Substantial shareholding disclosure

Sampi Renewables Holding AS, has today sold 209,719 shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA (the “Company”). Following this transaction, Sampi Renewables Holding AS holds 16,741,813 shares in the Company, constituting approximately 4.98% of the Company’s shares and votes. Sampi Renewables Holding AS is indirectly, through HV Invest Sampi AS, controlled by HitecVision VII, L.P., an investment vehicle managed by HitecVision.
