Capital Tankers Corp.: New share capital registered

Athens, Greece, 9 September 2026: Capital Tankers Corp. (the "Company") has today issued 485,067 new shares (the "New Shares"). The New Shares will be held, directly or indirectly, by the Company and will be used in connection with the Company's incentive compensation plan and issuance of restricted stock units thereunder.

The Company's current issued share capital is USD 134,177.66 divided into 134,177,660 common shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.001.
