ATHENS, Greece, 25 June 2026: Øystein Stray Spetalen, board member and primary insider in Capital Tankers Corp. ("CAPT" or the "Company"), has sold 1,426,716 shares to Tycoon Industrier AS, as further set out in the attached notification of transaction. The lock-up undertaking with respect to the shares of the Company entered into by Øystein Stray Spetalen for a period of 6 months following the listing on Euronext Growth Oslo is assumed by Tycoon Industrier AS.
