BONHEUR ASA ANNOUNCES FIXED INCOME INVESTOR MEETINGS

Bonheur ASA (the "Company") has mandated DNB Carnegie and Pareto Securities as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 23 September 2026. A NOK denominated 6-year senior unsecured green bond issue may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions.
