New company name and amendment to articles of association registered

Oslo, 8 June 2026: The annual general meeting of the company held on 4 June 2026 resolved to change the name of the company from "BEWI Invest ASA" to "BEVEST ASA". The new company name and the related amendment of the articles of association have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. The company's trading code (ticker) will remain unchanged.
