Awilco LNG ASA – Purchase of shares by nominated Chairman

Awilco LNG ASA is pleased to announce that Mr. Anders Onarheim, through his fully owned company, AB Investment AS, subscribed for and was allocated 1,700,000 shares at a price of NOK 3.25 per share in the announced subsequent offering in Awilco LNG ASA.

Mr. Onarheim is nominated and will be elected as Chairman of the Company in the upcoming Annual General Meeting to held on June 3, 2026. Anders Onarheim has extensive experience from both the maritime industry and the broader energy markets, as well as having spent more than 25 years in the capital markets. His background includes CEO of BW LPG and Managing Director and CEO of companies within the Carnegie group.
