New name ALNG ASA registered

Oslo, 10 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by ALNG ASA (the "Company") on 3 June 2026 regarding the Company's annual general meeting for 2026 having been held the same day.

As further detailed therein, the annual general meeting inter alia resolved to amend paragraph 1 of the Company's articles of association to change the Company's name from "Awilco LNG ASA" to "ALNG ASA". The name change has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and is expected to be implemented by Euronext Oslo Børs shortly. Following the name change, the Company's shares will continue to trade under its existing ticker "ALNG".
