ALNG ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 4 June 2026: Niels Rigault, the Chief Commercial Officer of ALNG ASA (currently in the process of registering name change from Awilco LNG ASA, the "Company"), has today acquired a total of 371,162 shares in the Company at an average price per share of NOK 3.3344. Following the aforementioned transaction, Mr. Rigault owns a total of 371,162 shares in the Company.
