AWILCO LNG ASA – New share capital registered

Oslo, 2 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Awilco LNG ASA ("Awilco LNG" or the "Company") on 26 May 2026 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering comprising the issuance of a total of 9,093,946 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 3.25 per share (the "Subsequent Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of shares in the Subsequent Offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

- Share capital (new): NOK 21,895,455.50

- Total number of shares (new): 218,954,555 shares

- Par value of each share: NOK 0.10

The new shares will be issued in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository, Euronext Securities Oslo ("VPS") and are expected to be delivered to the applicants' respective VPS accounts and be tradable on Euronext Expand on or about 2 June 2026.
