Aker ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the conditional share lending agreement between Aker ASA ("Aker") and TRG Holding AS ("TRG"), Aker's largest shareholder, announced on July 17, 2026, in connection with the merger between Aker BioMarine ASA and an indirect subsidiary of Aker ASA.

TRG has today lent 752,225 Aker shares to Aker pursuant to the share lending agreement. Please refer to the attached PDMR Form for further details.
