Aker BioMarine ASA – Satisfaction of conditions for exercise of call option
Reference is made to the announcement published 16 March 2026 regarding Aker BioMarine ASA exercising its call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its senior secured bond issue “FRN Senior Secured NOK 2,000,000,000 Bonds 2024/2027” (ISIN NO0013326025). The exercise of the call option was conditional on satisfaction of the conditions precedent for utilisation of a new credit facility agreement in an amount sufficient to redeem the outstanding bonds. We are pleased to confirm that the conditions have been satisfied and that all outstanding bonds will be redeemed as set out in announcement published 16 March 2026. The entire bond issue will be repaid at a price equal to 102.125% of the nominal amount for each redeemed bond plus accrued interest, with record date on 26 March 2026 and call option repayment date on 30 March 2026.
