Aker BioMarine ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade

Aker Capital AS (“Aker Capital”) has today acquired 933,110 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA (“Aker BioMarine”). Aker Capital is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker ASA and a legal person closely associated with board member of Aker BioMarine, Frank O. Reite. Following the acquisition, Aker Capital holds a total of 69,065,940 shares in Aker BioMarine. With reference to the optional cash offer to the shareholders of Aker BioMarine announced on July 16, 2026, Aker Capital confirms that the acquisition of shares in Aker BioMarine have taken place at a price per share at or below NOK 105 per share.
