Arctic Fish Holding AS: Resignation of board member

Ísafjörður, June 10th 2026: Gunnar Atli Gunnarsson has notified the board of directors that he resigns as a board member of Arctic Fish Holding AS due to other work commitments.

Mr. Gunnarsson has been a member of the board of directors since November 2023. His resignation has been accepted and is effective immediately.

On behalf of the company, the board of directors extends its gratitude to Gunnar Atli for his service and contributions over the past years.

Arctic Fish (AFISH) is a leading salmon farmer in Iceland with an attractive and sustainable value chain from smolt to sales. The production capacity for the company is 29,800 tonnes MAB (Maximum Allowed Biomass) and includes licenses covering 10 farming areas in 5 different fjords, all located in the Westfjords of Iceland.
