Constructio AS (related party to Kristian Holth, board member in AF Gruppen ASA (“AF Gruppen ASA” or the “Company”) and board member in Constructio AS) has today, June 24, 2026, purchased 100,000 shares at an average price per share of NOK 190.1529. Constructio AS owns 15,661,122 shares in AF Gruppen ASA after this trade. Flygind AS (also related party to Kristian Holth) continues to own 1,021,509 shares in AF Gruppen ASA. The two companies now own a total of 14.68% of the total number of shares and voting rights in AF Gruppen ASA.
