Axactor ASA: Listing of bond ACR06

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 7 May 2026 regarding the completed EUR 100 million senior unsecured bonds issue with ISIN: NO0013750778 (the "Bonds"). On 30 June 2026, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a supplement (the “Supplement”) to the Base Prospectus approved on 26 September 2025. The Supplement was prepared in connection with the application for listing the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs. The Bonds will be listed on Euronext Oslo Børs on 6 July 2026.
