Axactor ASA – Share capital increase from Subsequent Offering registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Axactor ASA (the "Company") on 9 June 2026 regarding the final results of a subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of 37,465,009 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 4.70 per Offer Share.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Offer Shares issued in the Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following the registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the Offer Shares issued in the Subsequent Offering with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company has a share capital of NOK 2,014,185,755 divided into 805,674,302 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.50.
