ACED: Appoints New CFO and Accelerates Financial Reporting Ambitions
Sverrir Lange is appointed Chief Financial Officer of Ace Digital AS with effect from 1 July 2026, succeeding Stine Sund. With the Company's financial reporting framework and internal controls now firmly established, Ace Digital is entering its next phase of development, targeting quarterly reporting from 2027 and aiming to be among the first companies on Oslo Børs to publish its financial results in each reporting period.
Ace Digital AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: ACED) announces that Sverrir Lange will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 July 2026, succeeding Stine Sund.
Sverrir Lange has worked closely with Ace Digital through TheVIT and has been involved with the Company's finance and reporting functions throughout its development as a listed company. His appointment ensures continuity within the finance function while supporting the Company's next phase of growth and operational development.
Since the Company's listing, Stine Sund has played a key role in establishing Ace Digital's financial reporting routines, internal controls and compliance framework. The Board of Directors and management would like to thank her for her valuable contribution in building a robust and scalable finance function that provides a strong foundation for the Company's future development.
The transition reflects both the maturation of Ace Digital's finance function and the strength of the Company's longstanding partnership with TheVIT. Through this collaboration, Ace Digital has established the reporting, governance and financial control processes required to support its ambitions as a publicly listed company.
With these foundations now firmly in place, Ace Digital intends to further strengthen its investor communication and accelerate its financial reporting. The Company is working towards quarterly reporting from 2027 and aims to be among the first companies on Oslo Børs to publish its results in each reporting period.
