ABG - Minutes from the Annual General Meeting

ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA has today held the Annual General Meeting. Attached at www.newsweb.no you will find the minutes from the meeting. The AGM approved a dividend payment of NOK 0.55 per share to shareholders as of 16 April 2026. The share will trade ex. this dividend payment from 17 April 2026.

All other proposals on the agenda were also approved.
