ABG – Mandatory notification of trades

Knut Brundtland, incl. the family-owned companies Giotto AS, has today sold 1,690,000 ABG shares at a price of NOK 8.00 per share. Following the transaction, the family-owned company Giotto AS owns 5,810,000 ABG shares and 2,500,000 shares on a forward contract.

Hans Øyvind Haukeli has today sold 1,352,000 shares at a price of NOK 8.00 per share. Following the transaction, Hans Øyvind Haukeli owns 5,148,000 ABG shares.
