Akobo Minerals - Delayed publication of annual report for 2025

Akobo Minerals AB (publ) hereby informs that the publication of its annual report for 2025 will be delayed. The process of finalizing the annual report and completing the audit is ongoing, but the Company has not been able to publish the annual report within the 31 May 2026 deadline. The Company expects to publish the annual report by 10 June 2026.
