HAV Group ASA – New Board Composition

Reference is made to the annual general meeting of HAV Group ASA held on 27 May 2026.

The general meeting resolved to elect new members to the Board of Directors. The following two board members step down from the Board:

Hege Sævik Rabben Vibeke Fængsrud

The following individuals were elected as new members of the Board:

Maria Sandsmark Øystein Barmen

Following these changes, the Board of Directors of the company comprises:

Vegard Sævik, Chair of the Board Helge Simonnes, Board Member Linda Rudolfsen Myklebust, Board Member Maria Sandsmark, Board Member Øystein Barmen, Board Member Petter Frøystad, Employee Representative Thor-Lennart Solevåg, Employee Representative

The changes take effect as of the date of the general meeting.
