Cambi ASA – CFO transition
Mats Tristan Tjemsland has informed Cambi ASA that he has decided to step down as CFO to pursue opportunities outside the company.
Tjemsland will remain in his role during a transition period until 30 November 2026 to support a smooth and orderly handover.
"Mats has played an important role in strengthening Cambi's financial organisation and supporting the company through an important phase of development and growth. We appreciate his contributions and are pleased that he will continue to support the company during the transition period," says Per Lillebø, CEO of Cambi ASA.
