Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA on 19 May 2026 regarding among other things publication of Annual Report 2025.

The Annual Report 2025 as published on 19 May 2026 did not include the independent auditor's report. The correct and complete version of the Annual Report 2025, which includes the independent auditor's report, is attached to this announcement.

All other information contained in the announcement of 19 May 2026 remains unchanged.
