SOLSTAD OFFSHORE ASA - DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION

Skudeneshavn, 19 May 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Solstad Offshore ASA ("Solstad") on 7 May 2026 where it was communicated an intention to distribute a cash dividend to the shareholders. Pursuant to this intention, and based on the authorisation granted by the shareholders' meeting of Solstad on 13 May 2026, the board of directors of Solstad has today resolved to distribute a cash dividend of USD 0.10 per share to its shareholders.
