NEXT Biometrics: Disclosure of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting
Oslo, 18 May 2026 - In connection with the Annual General Meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA to be held on 19 May 2026, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Hans Henrik Klouman, has received proxies without voting instructions representing 1,370,188 shares and votes, equal to 11.43% of the voting shares. The proxies are only valid for the Annual General Meeting. In addition, the Chairman controls 9,305 shares, representing 0.08% of the shares and votes. In total, the Chairman may vote for 1,379,493 shares, representing 11.51% of the total shares and votes, thereby exceeding the 5% and 10% thresholds pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
