SPOL: Acquisition of equity certificates by primary insider
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SpareBank 1 Østlandet, Klara-Lise Aasen, has today purchased 1,000 equity certificates in SPOL at a price NOK 188.13 per EC (NOK 188,130). Furthermore, Kabara Invest AS, a wholly owned company of Klara-Lise Aasen, has purchased 1,500 equity certificates in SPOL at a price of NOK 188.78 per EC (NOK 283,172). The new total holding of Klara-Lise Aasen and Kabara Invest AS is 17,281 equity certificates.
