Oslo, 5 May 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Dolphin Drilling AS (the "Company") on 15 April 2026 regarding the private placement of new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of the NOK equivalent of approximately USD 62.5 million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of new shares in connection with the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:
