Corvus Estate AS acquires light industrial property in Oppdal
BEWI Invest (“the Company”), through Corvus Estate AS, has acquired a fully let light industrial property in Oppdal.
The property comprises approximately 9,200 sqm of gross leasable area and is fully leased to Elotec and Otretek. The leases have a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of approximately 13.5 years and are structured as triple-net bare house agreements.
The property is strategically located along the E6 highway and railway, offering strong accessibility within an established industrial area.
