Integrated Annual Report 2025 for Austevoll Seafood ASA

Attached please find Austevoll Seafood ASA's Integrated Annual Report 2025, including sustainability reporting and the complete 2025 annual accounts with notes, as approved by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has proposed a dividend payment of NOK 6.50 per share for distribution in 2026. Key dates are set out in a separate stock exchange announcement.
