Disclosure of significant shareholding

On 27 April 2026, Sterling Strategic Value Fund S.A. SICAV-RAIF (“Sterling”) sold 275,745 shares in Norske Skog ASA.

Following the sale, Sterling holds 8,219,718 shares in Norske Skog ASA, corresponding to approximately 9.69 per cent of the total shares and votes.
