Kongsberg Maritime ASA - Shares held by primary insiders and their close associates after completion of the demerger

22 April 2026 -- Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published today, 22 April 2026, announcing the completion of the demerger of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA ("KOG ASA"), and the issuance of shares by Kongsberg Maritime ASA ("KM ASA") to eligible shareholders of KOG ASA as demerger consideration (the "Demerger Consideration Shares").

Demerger Consideration Shares have been issued to primary insiders and their close associates as further described in the attached forms.
