Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Rana Gruber ASA from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.10.2, Euronext Oslo Børs has on 22. April 2026 made the following resolution: "The shares of Rana Gruber ASA will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of 27. April 2026. Last day of listing will be 24. April 2026."
