Kongsberg Gruppen ASA - Last day of trading inclusive the right to shares in Kongsberg Maritime ASA

22 April 2026 – Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Kongsberg Gruppen ASA ("KOG ASA") on 30 October 2025, 17 December 2025, 22 January 2026 and 16 April 2026, regarding the demerger and separate listing of the Kongsberg Maritime business area (the "KM Business") on Euronext Oslo Børs.

The KM Business will through the demerger be transferred to Kongsberg Maritime ASA ("KM ASA"), which will become the new listed parent company for the KM Business. As demerger consideration, the shareholders of KOG ASA at the time of completion of the demerger will receive new shares in KM ASA, where each share in KOG ASA entitles the holder to receive one share in KM ASA. Today, 22 April 2026, is the last trading day for the KOG ASA share inclusive the right to receive shares in KM ASA. • Last day including right: 22 April 2026 • Ex-date: 23 April 2026 • Record date: 24 April 2026

The demerger will be completed following end of trading on Euronext Oslo Børs today, 22 April 2026, and the shares in KM ASA will tomorrow, 23 April 2026, commence trading on Euronext Oslo Børs under the ticker "KMAR".
