Additional Agenda Item for EGF withdrawn

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice earlier today at 08:43 where North Energy ASA (“North Energy” or “the Company”) notified that shareholder Anti-Gravity AS has requested to include a proposal for an investigation pursuant to the Norwegian Companies Act section 5-25 at the requested extraordinary general meeting (the EGM).

Anti-Gravity AS has notified the Company that the proposal for an investigation as an additional agenda item has been withdrawn. Thus, the notice of the EGM, which will be published on 21 April 2026, will not include the additional agenda item.
