Notice of annual general meeting 2026 in Cambi ASA
Cambi ASA's annual general meeting will be held on Thursday, 7 May 2026, at 10:00 am CEST and will be conducted digitally through Orgbrain. The notice of annual general meeting and related supporting documentation have been published on Cambi’s investor portal.
The record date is 29 April 2026. Shareholders registered in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS) as of that date will be entitled to attend and vote at the general meeting.
Advance votes, proxies and voting instructions may be submitted through Orgbrain. Shareholders who wish to attend the online meeting but do not have a VPS-registered email address may contact Cambi at investors@cambi.com to be registered directly in Orgbrain.
Submissions made outside Orgbrain must be received by Cambi no later than Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at 16:00 CEST and must be dated and signed to be valid.
The annual report for the financial year 2025 is available on Cambi’s investor portal at investors.cambi.com/results-and-reports.
