Aqua Bio Technology ASA: Share capital increase registered

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFER OF ANY OF THE SECURITIES DESCRIBED HEREIN Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Aqua Bio Technology ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company") on 23 March 2026 regarding the final result of a subsequent offering of up to 800,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering"). Following the expiry of the subscription period in the Subsequent Offering, the Board of Directors resolved to allocate a total of 388,240 Offer Shares and to increase the Company's share capital with NOK 1,941,200 through the issuance of 388,240 Offer Shares, each with a par value of NOK 5.00. The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital is NOK 78,080,875 divided by 15,616,175 shares, each with a par value of NOK 5.00. The Offer Shares are expected to be delivered to the VPS accounts of the subscribers today, and expected to be tradeable on 13 April 2026
