Observe Medical ASA ("Observe Medical" or the "Company", OSE ticker: OBSVR) has been informed that Glimt Invest AS, a close associate of Terje Bakken, Chairman of the Board and primary insider of the Company, has purchased 182,000 shares in the Company.

Jørgen Mann, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 50,000 shares in the Company.

Johan Fagerli, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 30,000 shares in the Company.
