Techstep ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Techstep ASA (the "Company") on 25 March 2026 regarding the issuance of shares to Arisona Holding AS.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 34,865,873 divided into 34,865,873 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
