The Annual General Meeting of Nordic Semiconductor ASA will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 09:15 am CEST.

The meeting will be conducted as a digital meeting only, with no physical attendance for shareholders. The shareholders will be able to ask questions, and votes can be submitted from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. The deadline for registration of advance votes and proxies is April 24, 2026 at 4:00 pm CEST.
